A complete outdoor-living transformation in one coordinated build
Comprehensive single-property build in Bruce, designed to work as one outdoor zone rather than three separate add-ons. A flyover pergola with insulated roof panel and integrated skylights anchors the entertaining area, a fascia-fixed carport with Flatdeck roof ties into the same elevation, and a Merbau hardwood deck on an aluminum sub-frame runs underneath, stitching the structures together.
Coordinating three structures on one site is where most outdoor builds drop the ball, posts misaligned, rooflines at different pitches, decking that meets the carport awkwardly. We set the pergola and carport rooflines together first, then built the Merbau deck up to both. The result reads as one purpose-built outdoor area, not a sequence of retrofits.
